White and white?

We all are aware of black and white! Some of us have seen such movies, photos and videos/clips. It is also attributed to our nature of judgement. So on and so forth! But nowadays people have invented a new phrase, which is a slight variation from black and white- which is "white and white" If a person is described or depicted or positioned as white and white- he could be a politician- after all! May be this is drawn from the general attire they wear in public meetings/ occasions/ national festivals etc If you are already aware of this, then you are in tune with the latest trends of lingo! Otherwise- you are like me- fish out of water!
