Mission Impossible!

It is quite an irony as well as coincidence anyway! The name of one of the team members of a 10 month project/mission, that I am part of, starts with Ethan! As the discussions started and we went on discussing the modalities, dos and donts, listing, sampling, protocol, expectations, documentation, mapping, observations and methodology prescribed and proscribed by him, some of our team members including me realised that we are on a Mission Impossible! What a coincidence!
